Yes, we have strict confidentiality policies at SIP. From our first discussion through to the conclusion of our investigations and beyond, all information remains strictly confidential.

SIP is highly professional and has extensive experience in maintaining discretion to ensure the subject of any investigation remains unaware.
No, SIP never discloses your identity to third parties. Your personal information is handled within our organisation on a “Need to Know’ basis.
As a private investigation and security services company, we provide our services to private individuals, lawyers, small and medium-sized businesses, financial institutions, corporate clients and even government departments worldwide. No matter who the client is, we ensure that everyone is treated equally and receives the best service SIP can offer.

The source of information varies depending on the nature of the investigation and the information sought. At SIP, we have access to hundreds of established global public and subscription databases, a team of analysts, and software tools that enable them to extract data from the surface, deep, and dark webs, as well as to infiltrate many dark web chatrooms. In addition, we have on-the-ground human resources in most jurisdictions to secure information locally and to undertake surveillance for real-time intelligence.

The price varies substantially. You can purchase a fixed-fee due diligence report with flag checks before committing to a partner or investor for £160 ($200). Other fees are quoted based on the amount of work required, whether for an investigation, surveillance or security matter. In all cases, once you provide us with an understanding of your case and the objectives sought, we provide you with a detailed proposal and quotation.
For compliance, we need your full name, an invoicing address, and your contact details to verify your identity and ensure the information we provide is for a legitimate person or business.
Once the investigation is complete, we will provide you with a comprehensive digital report covering all aspects of the investigation, including links and documents relevant to the case, so you can make an informed decision based on the facts. If the investigation involves surveillance, the report will include a timeline of events, photographic stills, and, where applicable, separate supporting videos or other digital recordings.
There are two answers to this question: yes, if the mobile is yours and the previous text has been deleted, or if a Court has ordered a third party’s mobile to be forensically examined. SIP can conduct mobile phone forensics using specialist tools and expertise to recover text messages, even those that have been deleted. If you are asking whether we can hack somebody’s mobile to secure their text or other messaging app, the answer is no. It is a criminal offence that no reputable investigation company would commit.
No, because this is a criminal offence, and no reputable investigation company will hack into a phone or email account, as this is not a legal method of investigation.

Yes, provided we have your written authority, we can undertake digital forensics to identify any illicit software that may have been installed on your devices, together with a timeline of when and what type of software was installed.

In the UK and the UAE, the private investigation industry is unregulated by the Government. However, SIP has operated since 1983 and is a member of the World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI), the Association of British Investigators (ABI), the World Association of Detectives (WAD) and the Council of International Investigators (CII).
